How to Use
- Insert the supplied AAA batteries and inspect the meter body and test leads for any visible damage before use.
- Select the correct input jacks and function for the test you need to perform. The auto ranging digital multimeter will automatically select the appropriate range.
- For voltage checks, connect the black lead to COM and the red lead to V/Ω, then place probes across the circuit or component under test.
- For resistance or continuity, ensure the circuit is isolated and de-energised before measuring.
- For current testing up to 10A, move the red lead to the 10A terminal and connect the meter in series with the circuit.
- After use, switch the meter off, remove the leads and store it in a dry tool bag or case.
